Official Transcripts from all Institutions Attended are required. Official Transcripts must be ordered via certified, credentialed, secured, professional Official Transcript Processing Services or via the Office of the Registrar of each respective Institution, for electronic delivery directly to Admissions. The University does not accept unofficial transcripts.

Request Official Letters of Recommendation
Two Official Letters of Recommendation are required. Letters must be dated current, contain current professional contact information, and be emailed by recommenders directly to Admissions. A recommender may be an Academic Colleague or Professional who is acquainted with the applicant’s academics, research work, leadership; an Employer; Pre-Med Advisor; Physician acquainted with the applicant’s healthcare work; an Associate acquainted with the applicant’s abilities; Character reference.

TRANSFER APPLICANTS​
Applicants who have completed a portion of MD curriculum at an accredited Medical School comparable to that of QUCOM must complete the above requirements and also must have the prior MD Program Official Transcript submitted.

INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTS
If fewer than 60 credits are earned from a non-English language University, official scores for TOEFL or IELTS must be provided, and transcript must be evaluated by an approved National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (WES or GCEUS).

​​PRE-MED PREREQUISITES
​Students enrolled in the 4-Year MD Program should have completed at least 90+ Semester Credits in an Accredited University, including Pre-Med Prerequisites, in partial fulfillment of the MD Degree.​ Transfer Students enrolled in the 4-Year MD Program should have completed at least 90+ Semester Credits in an Accredited University, including the Pre-Med Prerequisites, as applicable, in partial fulfillment of the MD Degree. Students enrolled as Pre-Med to MD will have completed a total of at least 90+ Semester Credits, including Pre-Med Prerequisites, on their path towards and in partial fulfillment of the MD Degree.​​

*Substitution of Biochemistry for Organic Chemistry II will be considered. Advanced Placement (AP) classes may satisfy certain pre-medical prerequisites and will be evaluated individually based upon course content and grade.​​​​​​
