Pre-Med to MD Program

The Pre-Med to MD Program is a 5.5-year Program for students who have earned a high school diploma and may or may not have attended college and who will complete the Pre-Med Prerequisites and 90+ College Credits as part of their path to medical school for the MD Degree. Students transition into the MD Program Basic Sciences Curriculum which spans Four (4) 15-week semesters of Medical Science Curricula on campus in combination with courses covering Clinical Medicine. Once students complete Basic Sciences, they may start the Clinical Sciences Curriculum which includes the MD5 Pre-Clerkship Advanced Introduction to Clinical Medicine semester, then a series of clinical core clerkships and elective rotations designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills about training in clinical skills, patient contact, and medical practice.

The MD Program is a 4-year Program for students who have earned an undergraduate college degree or at least 90+ semester hours in an Accredited College or University. Students should have satisfied the Pre-Med Prerequisites. The Program begins with the MD Program Basic Sciences Curriculum which spans Four (4) 15-week semesters of Medical Science Curricula on campus in combination with courses covering Clinical Medicine. Once students complete Basic Sciences, they may start the Clinical Sciences Curriculum which includes the MD5 Pre-Clerkship Advanced Introduction to Clinical Medicine semester, then a series of clinical core clerkships and elective rotations designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills about training in clinical skills, patient contact, and medical practice.
